Property Management in La Rochelle, France

Basic External Inspection and Report - 25 Euros per month
We will visit your property in the La Rochelle area once a month and check the exterior for signs of damage or forced entry. We will also check, where possible, gutters and drains for signs of blockage. If there are any signs of forced entry or severe damage we will contact you immediately otherwise we will e-mail or post a report to you. We will automatically visit your property after severe weather conditions free of charge.
Fees are payable monthly in advance and for property management outside a 20 km radius of La Rochelle, we will charge an additional 0.18 euros per km.

Basic Internal, External Inspection and Report - 35 Euros per month
We will visit your property in the La Rochelle area once a month and check the exterior for signs of damage or forced entry. We will also check gutters and drains, where possible, for signs of blockage.
We will enter the property and check all rooms for signs of damage, leaks and pest infestations. If the water supply is turned on we will flush chains and run taps to check all is in order. If there are any signs of forced entry or severe damage we will contact you immediately otherwise we will e-mail or post a report to you. We will automatically visit your property after severe weather conditions free of charge.
Fees are payable monthly in advance and for property management outside a 20 km radius of La Rochelle, we will charge an additional 0.18 euros per km.

Garden Maintenance - 30 Euros per hour
To include most aspects of day to day gardening and lawn cutting as required. Patios and driveways weeded. It will be necessary for us to visit the garden in order to give an accurate quote but most clients request a specific number of hours to be spent on the garden per week, usually to include lawn cutting and general tidying. If necessary we supply all our own equipment including petrol driven mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, chain saw etc.
For property management outside a 20 km radius of La Rochelle, we will charge an additional 0.18 euros per km.

Miscellaneous Services - 30 Euros per hour

- Shopping before arrival or a welcome food pack

Project Management Service - 30 Euros per hour
We offer a “project management” service for repairs, refurbishment and construction for your La Rochelle area property. All work is carried out at cost by local artisans registered in France.
We return all discounts negotiated and supply you with copies of all bills.
